What is a Corporate Sponsor?

Corporate sponsorships may consist of any entity wishing to support this Association. Corporate sponsors may not vote or hold office. A corporate sponsor will not become a member of the Texas Association or NALS.

What are the costs of sponsorship?

The annual fees for corporate sponsors of this Association shall be $75, and shall be payable at the time of application and thereafter at the beginning of their renewal anniversary date. (As an example: if you join on November 1, your membership expires the following year on October 31.) Sponsors who fail to pay their dues within thirty (30) days after the beginning of their renewal anniversary date shall be considered delinquent and thereafter are not entitled to the rights and privileges of sponsors and will be removed from the website listing.

As a corporate sponsor, will I be invited to Association meetings?

Yes, you will receive e-mail notices on all upcoming events of the Association. The cost for attending functions will be listed on each e-mail notice. As a corporate sponsor, you will be entitled to participate at the member charge.

If I become a corporate sponsor, will I be entitled to receive a list of all members for my use in marketing my company?

You may request a copy of our current roster with the understanding that this roster is not to be sold or given to any other individual. This procedure secures the privacy of our members.

Will the Association require anything else from me once I become a corporate sponsor?

You may be solicited for additional contributions throughout the year to assist our Association in special events or projects. Such contributions are greatly appreciated!

May I serve on a committee?

You are encouraged to volunteer on any of the committees as a means of providing additional support to our Association and to get to know our members on a personal level. Please visit the Member Benefits and the Officers & Committees pages to view a list of committees and their related functions.
